Orange Beach Recognizes Outstanding Educators

The Orange Beach Board of Education has recognized outstanding educators across Orange Beach City Schools for their exceptional contributions to student achievement. In total, the board awarded $79,700 in incentives in recognition of these accomplishments. Educators were recognized for having their students rank in the top five in the state in Alabama Comprehensive Assessment Program proficiency. The board also recognized that, during the 2025-2026 school year, Orange Beach Middle and High School students completed 515 Advanced Placement exams, with 64% earning a qualifying score of 3 or higher. Finally, Orange Beach Elementary School was recognized for ranking fourth among all elementary schools in Alabama. In recognition of this accomplishment, every employee at the school will receive $350.
