SHC Spring Events Announced

Spring Hill College (SHC) is holding Happenings on the Hill, a series of events celebrating academic excellence, regional leadership and the college’s connection to the Gulf Coast. The Health Science Alumni and Student Symposium is taking place on April 21 from 4-6:30 p.m. at LeBlanc Hall. Bridging the gap between the classroom and the clinic, this symposium welcomes health professionals and features a panel discussion and networking reception designed to foster mentorship between seasoned alums and the next generation of healthcare leaders. The inaugural Linda & Tony Dean Lecture Series will also be held at LeBlanc Hall on April 23 at 12 p.m. Dr. Tony Dean will share how his Jesuit education served as the springboard for his career at Exxon Research and Engineering’s Corporate Research Labs. Finally, the second-annual Soirée sur L’Avenue will be held on April 29 at 7 p.m. at SHC’s Avenue of the Oaks. SHC’s signature fundraising event, themed “Mobile Minded – Jesuit Grounded,” will focus on local cuisine, music and celebration. All proceeds support the President’s Leadership Fund, directly benefiting student initiatives and campus growth. Tickets start at $175 per person.
