Spring Hill College Appoints VP Of Admissions/Marketing And CIO

Spring Hill College has announced the appointment of Kathleen J. Williams, JD, as vice president (VP) for admissions and marketing and chief information officer (CIO). Williams brings more than a decade of experience in higher education admissions and marketing to the role. In her career, she has served as director of West Coast admissions at Sacred Heart University; associate director at the University of the Pacific and interim dean of admissions at Lafayette College. Williams earned a BA in history from Santa Clara University and a JD from the Santa Clara School of Law. She earned a Certificate in college admissions and career counseling from the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to her career in higher education, Williams was the owner and principal of a civil litigation law firm. There, she specialized in defending public entities and their employees in cases involving medical malpractice, employment and civil rights litigation. She is to play a pivotal role in advancing the college’s strategic goals, particularly in enhancing the admissions processes and marketing strategies.
