STREAM Part Of Upcoming Paddle In The Park

The Mobile Parks and Recreation Department is hosting its second annual Paddle in the Park on June 20 at 9 a.m.-noon at Dog River Park and adding a Science, Technology, Recreation, Engineering, Arts and Math (STREAM) twist. Children ages 5-13 are invited for free kayaking and hands-on educational activities that will explore how living organisms interact with each other and their nonliving surroundings. Parents must be present to accompany children under 5 and sign a waiver. No registration is necessary for attendance.
