UM Completes Library Renovation

The University of Mobile (UM) has announced that, thanks to a grant from the J.L Bedsole Foundation and other supporters, its J.L. Bedsole Library recently completed a major renovation. On the second floor of Bedsole Commons, the library offers spaces designed around the student experience, including updated study areas, collaborative rooms, new furnishings, an inviting central area, a classroom and an honors room. The library also received a gift from Lifeway Christian Resources of approximately 1,300 books. UM also recognized the following churches and ministry partners whose donations helped make the renovations possible: Spring Hill Baptist Church, Cottage Hill Baptist Church, 3Circle Church, Woodmont Baptist Church, Redemption Church, First Baptist Church Prattville, Whitesburg Baptist Church and the Alabama Baptist State Board of Missions.
