UM Opens Fast-Track Nursing Applications

MOBILE, Ala. — The University of Mobile (UM) has opened the application period for its new fast-track Associate Degree in Nursing Program. Lasting five consecutive semesters (including a summer term), it begins each fall semester, with classes starting in August. Courses and clinical sessions are delivered on campus and at local clinical sites by professors knowledgeable in nursing. Students will gain hands-on experience at UM’s Center for Excellence in Healthcare Practice, which features skills laboratories and high-fidelity patient simulators to mirror professional nursing scenarios. The school said it also has agreements with more than 20 healthcare facilities to offer students clinical experience.
