Grand Bay Watermelon Festival Announced

GRAND BAY, Ala. — The Grand Bay Watermelon Festival will be held at Odd Fellows Festival Park on July 3 at 3-7 p.m. and July 4 at 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Admission is $5 per vehicle. There will be free sliced watermelon; an open car show; a pretty baby contest; and a large children’s and entertainment area with rides, games, contests and more on the second day. Both days will feature arts and crafts and food booths. The festival is presented by the Grand Bay Independent Order of Odd Fellows, Grand Bay Lodge #73 and Martha Rebekah Lodge #29.
