New Year’s Eve At The Wharf

 The Wharf in Orange Beach has announced New Year’s Eve events for all ages. The Kids Confetti Drop is intended for children who may not make it to midnight. Highlights include bouncy inflatables, facepainting ($10), camel rides ($5), a balloon artist and more. The Destinations will play from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. at Portside on Main, and DJ Matt will play music between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. The Reelin’ in the New Year Street Party begins at 5 p.m. There will be live performances by the Alan Mabry Duo between 6 and 9 p.m. and The Park Band between 9 p.m. and midnight. A special New Year’s Eve drink will be available at Kentucky Mist Distillery, and there will be family-friendly activities including the Kentucky Mist Countdown, the Marlin Drop and a fireworks finale at midnight. Admission and parking for both events are free.
