The Head And The Heart To Play At Saenger

The Head and the Heart, an independent folk band influenced by Americana, country-rock and classic pop, is coming to Saenger Theatre Mobile on October 24 at 7:30 p.m. This year, the acclaimed Seattle-based band sold out the Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Jefferson County, Colorado, for the seventh time, co-headlined a tour with The Revivalists and announced its own boutique two-day music festival, “Down in the Valley,” for Napa, California. The Head and the Heart will go on to play co-headline dates with Father John Misty and perform at festivals including Beach Road Weekend, Pilgrimage Music & Culture Festival and more this year. It broke into the mainstream in 2013 with the release of its sophomore outing, Let’s Be Still, which peaked at No. 10 on the Billboard 200 and No. 1 on the U.S. Folk and Independent Albums charts. Subsequent efforts, Signs of Light and Living Mirage, reached the upper echelons of the U.S. and Canadian charts. In 2022, the band issued its fifth LP, Every Shade of Blue, which included the hit single of the same name. Tickets for the Mobile show are on sale.
