The Purple Madness Coming To Mobile

MOBILE, Ala. — The City of Mobile has announced it will host The Purple Madness, what it calls “America’s #1 Prince experience band,” on June 7 at 6 p.m. at Cooper Riverside Park. Led by Bobby Miller, the band is backed by musicians, dancers and singers with more than 100 years of combined musical experience. Expected to be the city’s largest concert event of the summer, the often-sold out concert will have food trucks onsite and adult beverages available for purchase. General admission tickets are $50, and VIP tickets that include entry at 5 p.m., a custom drawstring bag, access to an exclusive Sip ‘N Paint with an unpainted Prince canvas and paint supplies, Prince-themed snacks and favors, a VIP lanyard, a 10-oz tumbler, a koozie, a VIP cash bar, a private restroom, a preferred seating area and free parking, are $125. All attendees are asked to bring their own seating.
