Breeze Airways Coming To Mobile

Mobile Mayor Sandy Stimpson and the Mobile Airport Authority have announced a new carrier that will begin flying out of Downtown Mobile on April 10. Breeze Airways will launch nonstop service from the Mobile International Airport to Orlando and a second route to Providence, Rhode Island. “Mobile will be the second city in Alabama served by Breeze, which has been looking to move into this market for the past two years,” Stimpson said, adding that Breeze has been recognized by Travel + Leisure as one of the top five best U.S. airlines for the past two years. It will also be flying Airbus A220s built in Mobile.
