Contractor’s College Applications Open

Applications are open for the third cohort of the Contractor’s College, a partnership between the City of Mobile’s Office of Supplier Diversity and Bishop State Community College. The 137-hour training program is designed to help contractors develop the skills needed to manage public contracts, navigate the bidding process and scale up their operations to take on larger projects. Its cost is waived for contractors who complete the entire course thanks to a partnership with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. To learn more or submit an application, visit the website, email Melisa Gaither or contact the city’s Officer of Supplier Diversity at phone: 251-208-7967.
