Daphne Opens New Fire Department Training Facility

The Daphne Fire Department recently opened its newest training facility, FOX10 reports. The Candidate Physical Ability Testing (CPAT) facility was developed to help find trainable firefighter candidates. Within the Daphne fire training facility, the CPAT is the first such facility in Baldwin County and only the 11th in Alabama. The physically demanding CPAT test costs $35 dollars, which covers one training session and one testing session.
