Ground Broken On DIP Police Precinct

Recently, the City of Mobile held a groundbreaking for the new police precinct on Dauphin Island Parkway (DIP) that will better centralize the police presence in District 3, provide improved facilities for officers and help the Mobile Police Department train additional recruits, according to Mobile Mayor Sandy Stimson. It will also provide residents with community meeting spaces (BBN #46).
