Mobile 311 Gets Updates

The City of Mobile has updated Mobile 311, its service request system that allows citizens to request nonemergency support from the city. As part of an expanded partnership with NEXGEN Asset Management, the city launched new and improved digital platforms, including a new online portal and new apps for Apple and Android devices. “It will allow service requests to be more seamlessly routed to the correct city department and make it easier for citizens to track previous requests, upload photos and see requests submitted by other Mobilians,” Mayor Sandy Stimpson said. Existing smartphone users are asked to remove the old apps from their devices and download the new app, called “City of Mobile 311.”
