Mobile Begins Public Planning For Brookley By The Bay

MOBILE, Ala. — The City of Mobile has announced that, over the next six months, it will be working with a team of engineers and designers to create the master plan for the park it plans to build on the Brookley by the Bay property. An extensive public involvement in the planning process begins with a public workshop at Harmon-Thomas Community Center at 1611 Belfast Street on September 13 at 5:30-7:30 p.m. The workshop will focus on goal setting and big-picture visioning as the project team begins developing design alternatives for the park. Those planning to attend are asked to register.
