Mobile Opens Resilience Plan Survey

The City of Mobile recently launched an 18-month effort to develop its Resilience Assessment and Plan. “The goal is to ensure Mobile can withstand, adapt and thrive no matter what challenges the city may face in the future,” Mayor Sandy Stimpson said. It is also intended to help ensure long-term resiliency is factored into future projects, programs and decision-making. Mobilians are asked to participate in a brief survey related to the assessment. The goal of the survey is to capture residents’ perspectives on resilience in Mobile. It offers a chance to provide feedback on what the city is doing well, what it could do better and what is most critical to ensuring a thriving community.
