Baldwin Bone & Joint To Host Community Event On Hip/Knee Replacement

Daphne-based orthopaedic practice Baldwin Bone & Joint, P.C. returns with its Community Education Series on April 24 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Foley Senior Center at 304 East Rose Avenue in Foley. Dr. Andrew McGee, an orthopaedic surgeon specializing in hip and knee replacements, will present a complimentary lunch-and-learn event titled “Getting Back in the Game with Hip & Knee Replacement—Understanding the Process: When to Choose, What to Expect and Keys to Effective Recovery.” McGee earned an undergraduate degree with honors at Auburn University, followed by medical school at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB. After finishing his orthopaedic surgery residency at UAB Medical Center, he completed a hip and knee fellowship at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. McGee is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons.
