Baldwin Bone & Joint’s Lewis Becomes CHT

Taylor Lewis of Baldwin Bone & Joint successfully completed the examination to become a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT). CHTs are highly specialized professionals with at least three years of clinical experience and more than 4,000 hours dedicated specifically to upper-extremity treatment. Certification requires passing a comprehensive exam to demonstrate exceptional knowledge and advanced clinical capabilities. To maintain certification, therapists must recertify every five years, ensuring they stay current with industry advancements and best practices. Lewis brings more than a decade of clinical experience to Baldwin Bone & Joint, including seven years specifically dedicated to hand therapy. He earned his MS in occupational therapy from Belmont University in Nashville. He is licensed through the Alabama and national boards for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
