Beyond The Plunge Opens In Daphne

Beyond the Plunge has opened its new wellness studio at 25265 Highway 181, Suite 102 in Daphne. Founded through a personal cancer journey and a desire to create a safe space for healing, Beyond the Plunge offers cold plunging, sauna, breathwork and yoga. Each element is designed to help participants reset their nervous systems and reconnect to their bodies, breath and community.
