Franklin Primary Health Center Names Stallworth Deputy CEO

Franklin Primary Health Center has announced the promotion of Judy Stallworth to deputy CEO. Stallworth has been with Franklin Primary Health for 23 years and has served as chief operations officer for 11 years. The company said her leadership has helped guide it through major milestones, expanded services, new locations and continued efforts to meet the healthcare needs of underserved communities across Southwest Alabama. Stallworth brings both clinical knowledge and operational expertise to this new role. She has also earned several professional accomplishments, including board certifications in case management, certified professional in healthcare quality and professional coding. Stallworth is also a 2024 graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles/Johnson & Johnson Health Care Executive Program.
