Franklin To Host Health Fair/Back To School Bash On July 24

Franklin Primary Health Center is holding its annual Community Health Fair and Back to School Bash on July 24 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Franklin Medical Mall at 1303 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue in Mobile. This free community event offers a variety of services and activities for all ages to help students and families prepare for a successful school year. Highlights of the event include school supplies and giveaways; free haircuts; free snacks and refreshments; no-cost health, vision and dental screenings; immunizations; Alabama A&M University’s Mobile Nutrition Lab; face painting, train rides, a bounce house and a bubble bash zone; games and prizes. In addition to children’s services and activities, blood pressure checks and health screenings will also be available for adults.
