Ground Broken On Warrior Legacy Ranch In Robertsdale

Ground has been broken in Robertdale for the first building at Warrior Legacy Ranch, and the first phase will be the Gulf Coast Veterans Community Resource Center, FOX10 News reports. The 3,500-ft2 facility will be open for day and evening use initially with a residential dormitory and reunion center to come soon after. Through the Veterans Community Resource Center, vets will have access to services like tailored veteran counseling, spouse and family support programs and a variety of therapeutic programs. Organizations from across south Alabama have helped raise money for this project. The Baldwin County Homebuilders Association’s Charitable Foundation is handling construction and hopes to have the build complete by this spring. Warrior Legacy Ranch will eventually have space and resources to offer up to 50 veterans group reunions per year.
