Infirmary Health’s Rosler Recognized For Hr Leadership

Infirmary Health recently announced that Andrea Rosler, vice president of human resources (HR), has been recognized for the second consecutive year by Becker’s Healthcare as one of the 2026 Hospital and Health System CHROs (Chief HR Officer) and Chief People Officers to Know. Rosler, who assumed her current role in March 2025, brings more than 30 years of HR leadership experience across several major Alabama health systems. She provides strategic oversight of HR operations, with a focus on workforce engagement, talent development and organizational effectiveness. Throughout her career, Rosler has led complex system integrations, including the alignment of HR functions across more than 15 hospitals. She has also implemented HR business partner models that enhance employee engagement and improve responsiveness across organizations.
