Mobile Infirmary Earns Multiple Heart And Stroke Designations

Mobile Infirmary has announced that, for the 12th year in a row, it earned the American Heart Association’s GoldPlus Get With The Guidelines – Stroke quality achievement award. The hospital has also earned Target: Stroke Honor Roll and Target: Type II Diabetes Honor Roll status. This award recognizes the safety, quality and efficiency of stroke-related diagnoses at Mobile Infirmary and the Infirmary Health Neuroscience Center of Excellence. The statuses recognize the safety, quality and efficiency of stroke-related diagnoses by Mobile Infirmary’s stroke team, composed of neurologists, neuro-interventionalists, emergency physicians, nurses, radiologists and other professionals.
