Orthopedic Specialist Joins Baldwin Bone & Joint

Baldwin Bone & Joint, which has offices in Daphne, Bay Minette, Foley and Atmore, has announced the association of Dr. Elliott Pennington to its team of fellowship-trained orthopedic specialists. Pennington received his bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences and his medical degree from the University of South Alabama. He completed a clinical anesthesia residency and fellowship training in interventional pain medicine at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. He is a member of the American Medical Association, American Society of Anesthesiologists and American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. With a patient-centered approach at the core of his practice, Pennington said it is his goal to empower patients to take an active role in their own pain management and to focus on addressing the underlying cause of the pain, rather than just managing symptoms.
