Parkinson’s Event Coming To National Maritime Museum

The Parkinson Association of Alabama will host the MOVING FORWARD: South Alabama conference for Parkinson’s Patients at the National Maritime Museum in Mobile on October 1 at 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Admission is free, but as space is limited, registration is required. Centered around individuals with Parkinson’s and their caregivers, family members and supporters, the MOVING FORWARD: South Alabama conference is a half-day event featuring speakers, advocates, exhibitors and resources. Attendees will not only gain insights from pioneers at the forefront of Parkinson’s research and treatment, but also have the opportunity to connect with fellow patients, caregivers, friends, family and the experts in Alabama specializing in Parkinson’s disease.
