Roca Joins Baldwin Bone And Joint

 Baldwin Bone and Joint has announced the addition of Dr. Cesar M. Roca, Jr. to its team of orthopedic specialists. With more than three decades of expertise in orthopedics, sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery, Roca specializes in shoulder and knee arthroscopy, shoulder reconstruction and trauma management. Roca earned a BS in chemistry from the University of New Orleans, followed by an MS in biochemistry and a DM from Tulane University. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Tulane University School of Medicine, along with sports medicine training at the Hughston Clinic in Georgia and Tulane Sports Medicine. Board-certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery since 1994, Roca recently achieved recertification in orthopedic sports medicine in 2024. His professional affiliations include membership in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American College of Sports Medicine and American College of Surgeons. He is also a member of the Hughston Sports Medicine Society. Roca comes to Baldwin Bone and Joint after serving as a sports medicine specialist with a Mobile-based orthopedic group since 2003.
