Southern Eye Group Adds Optometrist

Southern Eye Group recently announced the addition of optometrist Dr. Hong Nguyen to its Fairhope and Foley locations. Nguyen, who begins on September 7, earned her doctor of optometry degree from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences School of Optometry. Following her doctorate, Nguyen underwent extensive residency training in primary care/ocular disease at the Tuscaloosa Veterans Affairs Medical Center. She maintains active membership in the Alabama Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. Nguyen provides a range of patient care, including comprehensive eye exams, specialty contact lenses, ocular disease and management of cataracts, and refractive surgery (Lasik).
