USA Health Hospitals Earn Leapfrog Group 2026 Full Transparency Badge

All three USA Health hospitals have earned The Leapfrog Group’s 2026 Full Transparency Badge, recognizing their commitment to publicly report information about patient safety and quality through the annual Leapfrog Hospital Survey and are the only hospitals in the Mobile area to earn the recognition. The badge is awarded to hospitals that complete, affirm and submit all sections of the Leapfrog Hospital Survey, a leading voluntary reporting program focused on patient safety, quality and transparency. By participating in the survey, the hospitals make detailed information about their safety and quality practices publicly available, which helps patients and families make informed decisions about their care. The Leapfrog Hospital Survey collects information on a range of hospital safety, quality and operational practices. The results are publicly available, allowing patients, employers and other healthcare stakeholders to compare hospitals using consistent, nationally recognized measures while helping hospitals benchmark their performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
