Baldwin County Highway 31 Restaurant Updates

SPANISH FORT, Ala. — WKRG reported that a new Mexican restaurant will be built across from a Dollar General store on the northeast corner of Stagecoach Road and Highway 31 in Spanish Fort. A retail store has also been announced for the property. Cactus Cantina Mexican Grill, which already has locations in Fairhope and Foley, is also scheduled to build a new restaurant further east, near Highways 181 and 31. Additionally, Rise Breakfast & Bakery recently opened at 10198 Highway 31.
