Baumhower’s Victory Grille Reopens, Adds Staff

Baumhower’s Victory Grille reopened in early March at The Shoppes at Bel Air after being closed for many months due to the pandemic. The restaurant has also added Roy Richardson as general manager and Jon Hayes as chef. Baumhower’s has also added several new murals, including a tribute to the Senior Bowl, the Alabama Sports Hall of Fame, the University of South Alabama, Alabama coaches Nick Saban and Paul “Bear” Bryant and more. The restaurant will also now serve the “Alabama Hot Chicken” dish, which is only available at select Baumhower’s locations.
