Beachball Properties Breaks Ground On Cleaning Facility In Foley

Beachball Properties, a family-owned vacation rental and property management company servicing the Alabama Gulf Coast that was named Vacation Rental Management Company of the Year in 2022, recently announced the groundbreaking of a new 4,000-ft2 cleaning facility in Foley. The facility will serve as the company’s property care headquarters, offering cleaning services to the rental properties in its portfolio. The new facility features advanced cleaning equipment, a training area and a break room for employees. It is expected to be completed by the end of April.
