Cozumel Bar And Grill Opens Location In Downtown OWA

A Cozumel Bar and Grill location in Downtown OWA recently opened in Foley. Owner Noel Hurtado founded the Mexican restaurant in 2010 with its flagship store in Loxley. A third location is in the works at 18177 Wright Boulevard in Fairhope. The OWA restaurant is open seven days a week and takes reservations. Outdoor seating is available, weather permitting.
