Dumbwaiter Restaurant, located in downtown Mobile, has been named “The Best Fine Dining Restaurant in Mobile for 2023” by Quality Business Awards. Quality Business Awards recognizes businesses that achieve an average quality score of 95% or greater over the previous 12 months. Dumbwaiter Restaurant is owned by Wes and Dana Lambert and boasts a menu meant “to be as unique and creative as the city [Mobile] itself” with classic southern dishes with “their own special flavor.” The atmosphere inside the restaurant was created by local artisans and tradespeople to reflect the ambiance of the city.
