Fairhope Business Owner Wins Business Person of the Year

Tamara Wintzell of Fairhope’s Tamara’s Downtown and The Venue was recently named 2021 Business Person of the Year through the Alignable 2021 Local Business Person of the Year contest. According to Alignable, the contest “will thank and honor small business owners in the U.S. and Canada who are going above and beyond to help their community and their peers get through the COVID Era.” In a post about the award, Wintzell said she “has always believed in supporting the community… whether through feeding first responders and/or local community volunteers after a disaster or during the pandemic, donating to charities or lending that helping hand to a fellow Fairhopian on a more personal level.”
