Foley To Consider Plan For New Hotel

Foley is to hear a request this month for a site plan review for a Cobblestone Hotel and Suites to be located on the same property as the Wolf Bay Lodge restaurant and Coastal Alabama Farmers and Fishermens Market. The new four-story hotel is to contain 73 guest rooms and be located at the northeast corner of Miflin Road and Koniar Way. The applicant for the project is the City of Foley Public Facilities Co-Op and BriMark Builders. Last summer, Orange Beach allowed a change in The Wharf’s planned unit development for a 63-room Cobblestone Hotel and Suites at the location of a former miniature golf course.
