Home2 Suites Names General Manager

Home2 Suites by Hilton Daphne/Spanish Fort and its owner, A&R Group of Gulf Shores, recentlyannounced the appointment of Teresa Floyd as its general manager. Floyd will direct all areas of the hotel’s operations, including guest services, sales/marketing efforts and administration. Prior to joining the Home2 Suites in Daphne/Spanish Fort, Floyd was the general manager of Home2 Suites in Tillman’s Corner. Floyd has over 27 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. She is a graduate of the Southeastern Academy of Travel and Tourism specializing in Hospitality Management and an active member of the Mobile Area Lodging Association. Floyd serves on the Mobile Convention & Visitors Bureau Marketing Fund Committee and chairs the Mobile Area Lodging Corp. Finance Committee. The hotel is opening April 26.
