Margaritaville Resort Coming To The Wharf

 A Margaritaville Resort is coming to The Wharf in Orange Beach. The property will feature diverse dining options and entertainment, a resort pool, single-family resort cottages, luxury waterfront condominiums and hotel-style resort units. Located at the heart of the resort will be the Waterfront District, which will include multiple food and beverage destinations, activities for guests of all ages, retail, group meeting space and transient boat parking. The resort is set to break ground this fall, with construction of the Waterfront District beginning in summer 2025 and the first phase of the resort opening in 2027. The full resort is set to be complete by spring 2029.
