Topping Out Ceremony Held For Biggest Hotel In Gulf Shores

The final steel beam was signed and put in place during a recent topping off celebration for the new Embassy Suites being built in Gulf Shores, WKRG reports. The goal is for the hotel to be ready to open by Memorial Day in time for the 2025 summer tourism season. The new hotel will provide 257 guest rooms in eight stories and be the “biggest hotel in Gulf Shores,” according to local officials. The hotel is a piece of the bigger plan to create a walking district near the beach, which is expected to be especially popular during busy holiday weekends and big events like the Hangout Fest.
