Local Bed and Breakfast Owner Named Person Of The Year

The South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce recently named David Worthington of Magnolia Springs Bed and Breakfast as the 2021 Walton M. Vines Free Enterprise Person of the Year. Since 1976, the chamber has celebrated the spirit of free enterprise with the award, presented by Riviera Utilities. Nominees must be active in business and civic/community affairs, have a good moral reputation and be committed to helping others grow. The winner is honored during the Free Enterprise Person of the Year Luncheon at the Foley Civic Center, which is typically attended by more than 100 business leaders and community members and features speeches from the previous year’s winner and the new honoree.
