Pasta Franchise Looks To Expand Into Mobile

Restaurant chain Noodles & Co., headquartered in Broomfield, Colorado, is looking to expand into Alabama within the next year, according to John Ramsay, vice president of franchise sales, in an article on AL.com. The initiative began in fall 2020, after evidence the company had fared well through the start of the pandemic. Plans are for a location each in Mobile, Birmingham and Huntsville to precede regional growth.
