PCH Hires Director Of Talent & Culture

Mike Stover has joined PCH Hotels & Resorts as director of talent & culture, according to Business Alabama. Stover brings 25 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources and employee engagement to the role. Stover will lead PCH’s efforts to develop talent pipelines and workforce development initiatives and support corporate and property leaders in building company culture. “This role is a perfect blend of my background and will focus on developing relationships with partners at universities, high schools and community resources to identify talent for our PCH portfolio properties,” Stover said. PCH manages award-winning luxury and resort properties throughout Alabama and is the largest hospitality employer in the state, with more than 2,000 associates. Stover will be based in the PCH corporate office in Mobile but supports the entire portfolio of PCH managed properties.
