PJ’s Coffee Now Open On Airport Boulevard

PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans has opened in the Pinebrook Shopping Center on Airport Boulevard in Mobile, according to a recent announcement. PJ’s Coffee was founded in 1978 by Phyllis Jordan and serves a variety of hot, iced and frozen coffee beverages, as well as organic tea and fresh breakfast pastries. Its iced coffees are brewed daily using a process pioneered by the founder: a cold-drip process intended to protect the flavor and strength of the beans, while producing a coffee that is two-thirds less acidic. Bags of whole-bean coffee are also available in-store and online.
