Pollman’s Location To Be Lartigue’s On The Hill

The former location of Pollman’s Bake Shops on Old Shell Road has been leased to Lartigue’s on the Hill, according to Mike Reid of Merrill P. Thomas, who handled the transaction. Bubba Lartigue and Larry Lartigue opened the family’s first seafood market in Mobile in 1978 and, nine years later, opened a location in Baldwin County. In 2014, Roger Lartigue expanded into the wholesale business and opened Lartigue Seafood Market. The space will be renovated, and details on the opening are to be announced.
