3 Arrows Meat Co. Opens In Fairhope

3 Arrows Meat Co. will officially open its new location on October 31 in Polo Crossing on Greeno Road in Fairhope. The soft opening will run until November 11, with a grand opening event on November 12. 3 Arrows will be closed on Sunday and Monday during the soft opening. Chef Drew Bass, supported by current General Manager Nick Meinhardt, will lead the culinary operations at the Fairhope location. Fairhope will offer all the same 3 Arrows house favorites offered at the Spanish Fort location, including stuffed peppers, cherry bombs and double-stuffed potatoes. Fairhope will also offer gourmet take-and-bake meals; housemade casseroles, soups, dips, chilis and salads; chef-led catering; hot lunch; and wine.
