COLT Grill Opens In Downtown Foley

COLT Grill, BBQ & Spirits is now open in Foley. Its new location will feature the same smoked meats and fresh ingredients that have made COLT a local favorite at its flagship restaurants in northern Arizona. Menu options include smoked baby back ribs and brisket, pulled pork, chicken and hand-ground prime burgers. Tacos, fresh-cut salad and a variety of sides like cornbread, beans and whiskey brownies complete the offering. The restaurant says everything is made from scratch and prepared in giant steel smokers with genuine hardwoods. COLT is in the historic Foley Bakery building, which has undergone extensive renovations. COLT also provides catering services for weddings and special events.
