Ground Broken On New Dauphin Island Restaurant

A groundbreaking was recently held on Dauphin Island for Bienville Bar & Grill, which will be built on three commercial lots at 1808 Bienville Boulevard, AL.com reports. Philip Patronas and Kevin Hager, who are co-owners along with Hager’s son Joshua Watson, said they aim to be open in six months. Renderings show an elevated structure with a large rooftop deck. The restaurant will seat just under 170 people and will be near the public beach access point for Bienville Beach, which features public parking and restrooms opposite a raised boardwalk leading over the dunes to the beach on the gulf side.
