Lulu’s Restaurant Group Announces Leader

Lucy Buffett, founder and owner of LuLu’s restaurants in Gulf Shores; Destin, Florida; and North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, has announced Johnny Fisher as the new president and chief operating officer. A native of Mobile, Fisher has an extensive background in the restaurant industry, including being the general manager of LuLu’s in Gulf Shores from 2005 to 2012. Fisher came to LuLu’s from New Orleans, where he was the director of restaurant operations at the House of Blues for several years.
