Nova Espresso Opening Thirst Trap Drink Co. In Insider

Lagniappe has announced that Nova Espresso will open Thirst Trap Drink Co., which will offer beer, wine, coffee and cocktails at the Insider food hall on Dauphin Street in Mobile. Tim and Claire Gautreaux, along with business partner Matt Morris, have collaborated with Matt LeMond, owner of the Insider and other bars and restaurants downtown such as the Outsider, O’Daly’s and POST, in the endeavor. The vision is to offer a variety of beverage options for the diners of the various Insider food stall vendors, as Thirst Trap is a “food-oriented drink program,” Morris told Lagniappe. Nova Espresso recently opened a location in New Orleans and a vintage shop in Downtown Mobile (Elsewhere) and was visited by Guy Fieri at Front Yard Tacos, which parks on the lawn of Nova Espresso.
